Incorrect Engraving Information
Because every item is custom engraved to your specifications, please double-check the information you provide in your order notes before submitting.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at Support@imprintedllc.com. If we haven't started engraving yet, we can update it at no charge. If the order has already been engraved, a re-engraving fee may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on engraved items unless the error was on our end.
If we made a mistake in your engraving (misspelling, wrong information, etc.), contact us and we'll replace it at no cost to you.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we'll send a replacement at no charge.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Support@imprintedllc.com.
