Made to order

Every stamp is engraved from your artwork after you approve a digital proof, so we can't accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

We'll make it right

If your stamp doesn't match the proof you approved, arrives damaged, or has a manufacturing defect, we'll remake it or refund it at no cost. Email a photo of the stamp and an impression within 14 days of delivery.

Errors in an approved proof

Please check spelling, numbers, and layout carefully before approving. If an error was in the proof you approved, we'll remake the stamp at 50% of the original price.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund any time before you approve your proof. Once engraving starts, the order can't be canceled.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
