This website is operated by Imprinted LLC ("Imprinted", "we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, our Shipping Policy, and our Privacy Policy. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc.

1. Your artwork

When you upload artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to hold Imprinted harmless from any claim arising from artwork you supply.

2. Designs we may refuse

We may refuse or cancel any order, with a full refund, including designs that use someone else's trademark, official or government seals, notary or professional seals you aren't licensed to use, or anything unlawful, hateful, or obscene.

3. Proofs

Every order gets a digital proof. You are responsible for checking spelling, numbers, and layout before approving. Production starts only after approval. Approved proofs are covered by our Refund Policy.

4. Products

Stamps are made to order. Impression quality depends on the surface, ink, and pressure used; photos and scale drawings are representations. Wood-mounted stamps ship without ink unless an ink pad is added to the order. Prices and products may change without notice, and we may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders.

5. Accuracy of your information

You agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information so we can complete your order.

6. Use of the site

You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious code, or to interfere with its security or operation.

7. Our content

Text, photos, and design on this site belong to Imprinted and may not be copied without permission. Your artwork remains yours; we use it only to make your order unless you give permission to photograph it.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and the United States.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
