Shipping policy

Proof first, then production

After you order, we email a digital proof of your stamp. Production starts when you approve it.

Turnaround

Your stamp is engraved, test-stamped, and shipped from Paris, Texas within 3 business days of proof approval. Orders approved on weekends or holidays start the next business day.

Rates and carriers

Shipping is calculated at checkout from your address and the stamp's weight, with USPS, UPS, and FedEx options. We currently ship within the United States only.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number when your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the delivery date with your order number and a photo of any damage, and we'll replace it.
