Processing Time
Every order is custom engraved specifically for you. Please allow 48 hours for us to engrave, inspect, and package your item before it ships.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. We currently ship within the United States only.
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after processing
Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing
Please note: delivery times are estimates and do not include the processing period.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package to your door.
If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order status.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at Support@imprintedllc.com or call 1-281-610-1154. We'll make it right.
Please include your order number and a photo of any damage so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
